Learn how the office management of a medium-sized company is set up and structured

That's what you'll learn with us

You will work through various departments and thus gain an insight into the different areas of our company, e.g. administration, accounting, marketing and customer management, purchasing and sales. Here you learn

carry out organizational and coordination tasks,
working on a PC with Microsoft Office and with our inventory management system,
the formulation of business letters,
writing invoices and offers,
the processes involved in ordering goods,
communication with customers and suppliers.

That's what you bring

At least a middle school leaving certificate (middle school leaving certificate) or high school diploma
First experience in the commercial sector, such as an internship in an office, is an advantage but not a must
Dealing with digital tools and common office programs is easy for you
Your spelling is correct and you have very good written and spoken German skills
You enjoy working in a team and do your tasks in a structured, reliable and careful way
On the phone, you are friendly to help with any questions or problems
